In 1995, Ruud Winder graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. After graduating, Winder founded design agency GRAS. In a short time GRAS became an Award winning internationally oriented agency making guerrilla marketing, book design, films, websites, apps and (re)brandings. In 2015 Winder developed a unique approach to developing new names and brands. This "Rebrandt® Program" method eventually grew to a rebranding of bureau GRAS to Rebrandt®, with which he build and renovates brands with his team. www.rebrandt.com

Their amazing work has given me countless hours of fun and inspiration, which in many ways have influenced my approach to design, and consequently my work. For the past 16 years I have been working in the graphic and web design industries, designing and developing for a vast and diverse array of clients. I approach every project, striving to create and innovate, by delivering and expressing ideas that will leverage my client's goals, products and or services.

Cynthia Turner is a certified medical illustrator and a Fellow of the Association of Medical Illustrators. Her work focuses on the visual needs of the pharmaceutical and biotech research industry for their investor and advertising markets, including large scale illustrations for medical conference exhibitions and event and print collateral. She is known for creating striking visuals with clarity of message. Cynthia is the recipient of the 2014 Brödel Award for Excellence in Education for outstanding educational contributions to the profession of medical illustration and the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award whose extraordinary lifelong contributions to the advancements of medical illustration and scientific knowledge have set the highest standards of the profession and served as an inspiration to others in the field.

I have also taken on important leadership roles in the industry, serving as the chair of the Media Awards Judging Committee for the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Additionally, I have facilitated the World Design Challenge on Sustainable Packaging, which focuses on UN Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. Furthermore, I have served as a peer reviewer for the Journal for Artistic Research. As a professor at various esteemed American universities, I have shared my wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of professionals. Every project is important, which leads her to appreciate isolation from distractions and external influences, allowing her to maintain an uninterrupted dialogue with her work.
